So good! And pretty decently priced for a sit down pizza restaurant. My 3 friends and I opted for the family size pasta, which comes with 2 side salads or 2 soups. We went for the large pizza which was about 12 slices. We asked for garlic crust but don't think we it :( It was quick service, and they came by and asked us how our food was at least once. Cost came out to $88. And one of us took about 3-4 slices home and maybe a half portion of pasta.
The food was delicious and the service fabulous!!! The portions for our meal -chicken parm- were huge!!! Will go back again on our next visit to Seattle!!
Palermo-Ballard, a diminutive establishment nestled amidst the bustling streets of Ballard, presents a delectable fusion of Italian and Greek cuisine. Its friendly staff extends a warm welcome, promptly accommodating our takeaway order at the counter. We indulged in two exceptional large pizzas, priced at $30 each, a testament to their premium quality. The first, adorned with Italian sausage and pepperoni, showcased the chef's mastery of classic flavors. The second, an all-meat extravaganza, tantalized our palates with an array of succulent toppings. Both pizzas were crafted to perfection. The tomato-based sauce provided a robust yet balanced foundation, while the crust exhibited a subtle softness that transitioned into crispy ends, reminiscent of delectable breadsticks when paired with a delectable sauce. Remarkably, our order was prepared within a mere 20 minutes, demonstrating the establishment's efficiency. While the intimate indoor seating capacity is modest, it offers ample space for a comfortable dining experience. In conclusion, Palermo-Ballard is a culinary haven for pizza lovers. Its impeccable pizzas, exceptional service, and charming ambiance make it a prime destination for a satisfying meal. Whether you opt for dine-in or takeaway, you are assured an unforgettable epicurean experience.
This place NEVER disappoints! Every time I have an Italian craving, this place hits the spot! I'm an Italian-American, and former Italian restaurant owner, who was taught about traditional Italian food from relatives who came here directly from their villages. Palermo knows what they're doing and knows the word "Abbondanza!" Feast here and ENJOY!!!
The service was great and the food was even better. Loved the ambiance, very clean and very pretty too. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. The menu is very extensive so there's something for everyone to enjoy. I am definitely coming here again.
This pizza is so good that I had to come back to give it another 5 star review. Also the Tartufo dessert is just delightful - highly recommend!!
Excellent all around for service and food quality $25 for 12inch sausage pizza $7 for Stella beer on draft
Great service, wonderful food. Penne vodka with seafood was outstanding. Piping hot with no microwave in sight. Highly recommended.
This was a delivery order but there was absolutely no disappointment here. The pizza was excellent, adding the goat cheese was a great move and I was so happy that when I added eggplant it was prepared expertly and tasted wonderful. We didn't eat in, so I've only had take out, but I'd love to come into the restaurant itself and have some more authentic dishes. I also ordered the chocolate covered cannoli and was so happy with how delicious it was-hence no pics
We were ordering pizza for a party in Ballard. They readily accommodated a large order (7 extra large pizzas) same-day. When we were running ahead of schedule, they even moved up our order. Each pizza was different: cheese, veggie, antipasto (artichoke, sun dried tomato, and basil), meat lovers, BBQ chicken, zesty bacon, and arugula with prosciutto. Everything was a hit with our guests. The fan favorite was definitely the zesty bacon (bacon, pineapple, mushroom, and jalapeño). I would order that again in a heartbeat. Toppings were generously layered, with just the right amount of chewy crust. We fed everyone for less than $10 per head and had over a pizza and a half left over. A great pick for if you want to feed a group, but want to go a step up from Domino's or Pizza Hut.
